Our History

In 1992, Terry Julian acquired a plot in Newquay, Cornwall, intending it to support the family fruit and vegetable business—unwittingly laying the foundations for what would become Prow Park Business Village. Over the next three decades, guided by the vision and drive of his son, Baylor Julian, the site evolved from a modest holding into a vibrant mixed‑use destination. Today, Prow Park is a thriving community, home to over 500 storage containers and around 70 commercial tenants, providing space for businesses at every stage to grow.

Prow Park also features a modern Car Spa, including two state‑of‑the‑art Karcher automated gantry washes, two manual lance bays, and air, water, screen wash, and vacuum stations—open seven days a week from 7am to 7pm for maximum convenience.

Anchoring the next chapter are two new schemes: Ikonek and Chons Da. Ikonek—named from the Cornish for “iconic”—introduces 15 flexible Class E units designed for food, retail, and service operators, creating a landmark destination. Chons Da—Cornish for “good luck/success”—welcomes a new gym and offers remaining adaptable space for retail, storage, leisure, and other commercial uses, strengthening Prow Park’s role as a hub for independent enterprise.

Rooted in the local community, Prow Park champions enterprise, supports job creation, and nurtures independent businesses—an ideal base for start‑ups, freelancers, and established operators alike. “Proud to be supporting small and start‑up businesses.”
